Instructions for use of Kaijia vane pump:

1. Most fixed vane pumps adopt open circuit.

2. The flow of the oil inlet pipe of the oil pump should be between 0.6-1.5 meters per second.

3. The flow of oil inlet pipe should be controlled at 2.3-4.75 meters per second.

4. The pressure of the oil passage is controlled at - 150mmHg+0.5Kgf/cm ²

5. The length of oil inlet pipe shall be controlled within 1m.

6. The eccentricity between oil pump and drive shaft shall be 0.05mm or ± 1 °.

7. Before starting the oil pump, confirm whether the rotation direction of the pump is consistent with the drive.

8. The pump must be started for the first time without pressure load at the oil outlet, and it must be rotated several times first.

9. The viscosity of pump startup shall not be greater than 200mm ²/ Sec, especially when starting at low speed.

10. The temperature of oil tank can be greater than 8 ° C.

11. When the pump is started for the first time, if the oil outlet cannot drain smoothly, air must be discharged first.

12. Although the water in oil emulsion can be used, the operating pressure and speed must be reduced by 30%.

13. If non combustible liquid house oil is used, it must be reported to the factory because of different seal materials.

14. The actuating oil must be well filtered, and the oil quality must conform to ISO 18/15 or better.
